Appointments

Existing clients are welcome to book online. Online booking requests are reviewed within 48 hours. Clients will receive a text message and email communication regarding booking requests and appointment reminders.

To be placed on the wait list, use the online booking. Select requested services and the preferred appointment timeframe. Clients on the wait list will be contacted if an opening becomes available.

Due to high demand, appointments for new clients are limited.  Some services may be referred to other professionals to best serve you.  

• New clients require a consultation for any appointment and is dependent upon the services requested.
• New Men's Haircuts are not being accepted at this time.  Instead, these services are being referred to my friend, Stephanie Collette who is a licensed barber.
• New child haircuts are not being accepted at this time.  Child haircuts are limited to children of existing clients.

Sometimes things come up and you may need to cancel.  Cancellations are kindly requested at least 24 hours before the scheduled service.

Easily cancel or reschedule through the link in your appointment confirmation or reminder messages.  If you cannot locate the message, please call or text Lauren directly at 517-672-6307.

Late cancellations or no shows are subject to a $50 fee.
